Rusinek & Associates Inc was founded by Robert Rusinek, CA (who retired in 2001).  Robert Rusinek was the former Ontario and Quebec Regional Director of Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada (Now Industry Canada).  He oversaw bankruptcy filings as official receiver for over 30 years.  Robert Rusinek was a key contributor to the amendments to the Bankruptcy Act in the 1970s..
